Vendor FAQ

How are vendors selected? 

Vendors are selected based on merchandise fit and overall alignment with the vintage nature of the event. This is a curated vintage fair, not first-come, first-served. Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. 

What types of items are allowed? 

We focus on vintage collectibles, antiques, industrial items, primitive goods, upcycled products, garden items, plants, vintage clothing, and handmade items that align with a vintage aesthetic. This is a vintage fair, not a craft fair. Please disclose any handmade items in your vendor application. 

When and where is the event? 

The event will take place 

October 2nd 9AM - 5PM & October 3rd 9AM - 4PM 2026, 

at the historic Hanley Farm in Central Point, Oregon. 

This is an outdoor event. 

What are the event hours? 

vendor setup and breakdown times, will be shared with accepted vendors closer to the event date. 

Is this a rain-or-shine event? 

Yes. This is an outdoor vintage fair and will take place rain or shine. Vendors should come prepared for varying weather conditions.
