Vendor FAQ

Vendors are selected based on merchandise fit and overall alignment with the vintage nature of the event. This is a curated show, not first-come, first-served. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

We focus on vintage collectibles, antiques, industrial, primitive, upcycled goods, garden items, plants, vintage clothing, and handmade items that align with a vintage aesthetic. This is a vintage fair, not a craft fair. Please disclose any handmade items in your application.

The event will take place October 2nd & 3rd, 2026, at the historic Hanley Farm in Central Point, Oregon. This is an outdoor event.

Event hours, along with vendor setup and breakdown times, will be shared with accepted vendors closer to the event date.

Yes. This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. Vendors should come prepared for varying weather conditions.

Vendor space dimensions will be provided upon acceptance. Vendors must fit all displays, tables, and inventory within their assigned space.

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, and canopy if desired. No power is available on-site.

No electricity is available. Vendors should plan accordingly.

Overnight security will be provided; however, the event hosts are not responsible for theft, damage, or weather-related issues. Vendors leave items overnight at their own discretion and are encouraged to consult their homeowner’s insurance if concerned.

Yes, overnight security will be provided by the hosts of Homestead Charm.

Food vendors must be fully self-contained. If you have specific needs or questions, please contact us prior to applying.

Yes. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.

Because this is a vetted show, responses may take some time. Accepted vendors will be notified via email.

Refund and cancellation details will be provided upon acceptance.
