About Us

Homestead Charm Vintage Fair was created out of a love for history, craftsmanship, and the stories that live on through well-worn things. Set against the backdrop of Historic Hanley Farm, our fair is a gathering place for those who appreciate the beauty of the past and the creativity it continues to inspire.

JoAnn Messing and Greg King met in 2011 when Greg and his brother Bryan opened Glory Days Antique Mall in downtown Medford, Oregon. Over the next nine years our business relationship developed into a wonderful friendship that has led us to this next adventure of vintage markets. Glory Days closed in 2020, but we continued our passion for buying and selling through offering estate liquidation services. We currently continue that service today and help people navigate a sometimes confusing antique market. 

We have created "Homestead Charm Vintage Fair" to create a fun family friendly environment so others can experience the joy of finding that special treasure that sings to your heart! We are so pleased to share this space with local artisans who create unique and wonderful products. Our hope is that everyone who joins us experiences those nostalgic feelings as they wander the grounds of Historic Hanley Farm.
